SPOILER So let me get this straight...The killer was just some random PTSD-driven killing-machine that Wolf "summoned" by dialing a number while being incarcerated? Really confused as to what relationship the killer has with the rest of the characters, including the victims. Can anyone shed some light on this, or maybe highlight something I may have missed?
