Is this really 'horror'? I can't handle horror, especially supernatural elements. I don't mind scary up to the scale of detective novels like Agatha Christie's.

There's no overly descriptive gore moments, and there's nothing that will give you nightmares. Actually, think of a war book, add zombies, and you have World War Z. (less)
