Is this really 'horror'? I can't handle horror, especially supernatural elements. I don't mind scary up to the scale of detective novels like Agatha Christie's.

There are some rather... grotesque scenes in it, but nothing you wouldn't get from an action novel normally. There's no overly descriptive gore moments, and there's nothing that will give you nightmares. Actually, think of a war book, add zombies, and you have World War Z. (less)
