Hello! Just wanted to ask, how would you pronounce the title of your new book, The clockill and the thief? I think that it is cloc-kill but my brother thinks it's clock-ill and Grammarly thinks we are both wrong. Anyhoo, loved both of your books, although the second did creep me out a bit. Hope your dog Tonks is alive and well, yes, I do follow your blog as well. Can't wait for more books Beatrix

Thanks for contacting me. I'm glad that you liked my books. The second one is quite creepy, intentionally so. Tonks is alive and well and sitting with me right now. Clockill is actually pronounced Clock-Kill so I think you are correct, although to be fair to your brother it does look like it should be pronounced clock-ill. When I was writing the book I experimented with Clockkill and Clock-Kill but neither looked correct. I am working on a new series at the moment but I also hope their will be a third book in the Traitor series. Thanks again for contacting me and please do tell all your friends to read my books :-)

Wonderful news! He finished it last night and came in this morning saying that the way it ends means there is definitely going to have to be a sequel! He'll be thrilled to know he is right.
