Kendare Blake I get this question a lot! And the answer is, it would depend on who was in power. Had a Blue Queen with the sight gift been born with our triplets, Natalia and the council would have had her drowned to preserve the poisoners’ chances. Had she been born into a generation where the temple had control, they would advocate for trusting the will of the Goddess and crown her.

Hi! I have to say that I truly love Anna Dressed in Blood series and I was surprised by them! Great books! I love Cas character although to be honest, my favorite is Thomas. I know you're adopted from Korea, and I think that's really cool. I myself am adopted from China. Would you ever write a main character who is adopted from East Asia? It's very rare for me to see developed East Asian characters in American popular culture, especially as a protagonist. It's almost unheard of for an internationally adopted Asian one. So is that something you'd ever do in one of your Y/A series? Thanks!
