Has anyone seen the latest news about the author of this book? She apparently adopted a disabled child and then abandoned her and moved the rest of the family to Canada! People Magazine has an article about it!

Tron Yes, I've studied what is known about that case and it's vile. She is claiming the child was an adult at the time, had mental health issues and threatened the family. My view is that Kristine Barnett has a personality disorder herself and committed an abhorrent act of child abuse and disability abuse.
