If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Julia Buckley
I would go to St. Petersburg, Russia in 1866; I would walk across the bridges over the labyrinth of canals until I came to the apartment building where Praskovya Pavlovna is the landlady. I would make my way to the hot and stuffy attic and visit Dostoevsky's Rodion Raskolnikov BEFORE he commits murder. I would assure him that he is a good person but that his theory is flawed, and that he should talk things over with his friend, Razumikhin. I would bring him money and encourage him to use his brilliant mind to think of a way to make that money last, and to secure his future in a positive way so that he can help the many people who suffer in the streets.

Julia Buckley:
Hi Julia, I have read both your Writer's Apprentice and Covered Dish mysteries. I have preordered the new Writer's Apprentice mystery and cannot wait to get it. My question is, will there be any more covered dish mysteries? Those are super fun to read and I really liked the characters. Thank you, Lizz

Julia Buckley:
Hello Julia, I am finally becoming more active on Goodreads. I am now on the Crazy for Cozies Challenge, and hope to read 50 books by the end of 2020. I think I will do it. I just wanted to let you know that I can hardly wait for the next Writer's Apprentice mystery, and I am adding it to my Kindle. I loved Death in a Budapest Butterfly. I really love learning about different cultures. What is next?

Dear Julia, I came to the launch of your Budapest Butterfly book. At the time, I tried to read the novel but it didn't connect. Fast forward to this year, and in Esme Addison's "How to Write A Cozy Mystery" class and it was one our assigned readings. I LOVED IT! Different timing, different headspace. Devoured book 2 and now am reading book 3. Enjoying every minute of it. Is the series continuing?
