Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?

Penney Peirce I was on a PR tour for one for my programs in Johannesburg, SA, and was expecting a radio interview, so I hadn't dressed up or put on much makeup—but, it turned out there was a mistake and I was actually scheduled to address a fancy, upscale, conservative group of MBA/successful business owners at a fancy venue. I hadn't prepared this particular talk so I went in the bathroom, washed my face, said "You can do it!" to my under-dressed image in the mirror, and ad-libbed the whole presentation—on intuition in business—to a mix of stern faces, crossed arms, with virtually no questions at the end, and was unceremoniously ushered out by my hosts.
