I'm more of a reader-of-opportunity than a plan-ahead reader, so there's no list as such. However, I'm about to receive a copy of WHERE OBLIVION LIVES by my friend and fellow author, Teresa Frohock, which I've been wanting to read for some time. I also have a novella, WHERE WE LAND, by another friend and fellow author, Tim Jones, that I'm about to start. Another book that's been creeping up the list is Simon Winchester's THE MAP THAT CHANGED THE WORLD, because like any self-respecting Fantasy author (& Epic Fantasy in particular) we loves mapsess yesss we doess, precioussss... And I think that will do for going on with. :)

I was wondering if you had any characters, items, places, dialogues, etc. that you have taken out of your stories that I could use for a story idea that I had? The idea is about an island where every story piece that was given up on, thrown out or abandoned ends up. I've been asking authors if they have anything I could use because I want to put some truth in the idea. It's fine if you don't have anything. Thanks! :)
