For the first time in years, I did not read any books this past summer.
I was very busy with two new essays I have been writing, as well
as visits with children and grand children. I did watch several
episodes of "Breaking Bad," which has really wonderful dialogue.
Two summers ago (2018), I read "Pachinko" and "The Tartar Steppe."
