Dear Ann, Thank you for creating this space for new writers like myself. You are awesome! I am not sure if this question should go to you or not. I set up a KDP 5 day event for free ebooks on Amazon. Can I connect it on goodreads as well without paying to the goodreads giveaway program? How do they work together, and how do I connect goodreads and Amazon? Thanks so much! James Ermilio Warren

Hi James,
I'm glad you're enjoying the forum!
As for connecting Goodreads and Amazon, I know that you can link individual books to their Amazon page via your Author Profile, but I don't have any experience with connecting an Amazon promo with a Goodreads Giveaway. I don't think there's a way to sidestep paying.
Here is a link that lists all of our Topics regarding Goodreads Giveaways. You might be able to find an answer here: https://www.goodreads.com/group/comme...
If not, I would reach out to a Goodreads Librarian or Goodreads Customer Service. Their wait time can be a little long as they get a lot of service requests/questions but they do always respond.
Thanks,
Ann

Posting placement or answer- 'Gerund' in second Line? On Cover you'll see, Title: Shy Jill Second Title: Losing Her Modesty (That phrasing is not used in the story text) This is a fictional erotic story. Over the course of the story Jill goes from overly modest to a total loss of modesty. To me that describes the losing of her modesty. Was told my use of 'Losing' is a gerund, therefore bad English, is this correct?

Re the Goodreads links below to your Rehab for Superheroes books 3 & 4, none of the "Get a copy" links (Bookworld, Stores (Bookdepository, Kobo), Links) could find them! I had to visit your web page to uncover the Amazon link. Any idea why Amazon isn't included as one of the Stores links, or why the other options are included if they don't lead to the book? Or should I ask the Goodreads people about this?
