Don't give up on your dreams, but don't be sloppy. I am asked to read a lot of people's work that may have likable characters, an interesting plot, and displays loads of imagination, but the book is chocked full of grammatical and spelling errors along with boatloads of typos. If you want to publish, invest in an editor - or at least some professional editing software.

Hi, I don't know if this has ever been asked but my son asked me to write a book about my life so it could be passed down to the next generations, I keep coming back to how do you even start something like that I know that I have still got most of my grey matter but I just don't know how to put all that down into the written word? So if you can help I would be happy
