Did anyone else find the ending completely unbelievable? She didn't recognize her brother? He had cosmetic surgery the day he disappeared? He was having surgery to look like Jack, but also somehow needed breast implants? Nobody is seeing this stalker woman as looking manish??? Am I missing something???

There is a part in the book where she passes him and thinks that something about his smile is catching. I think that it is also the reason she encouraged him to have sex with her at the end and keeps the baby. I mean come one, it's 2017, in the book, Plan B would have been an option.
Somewhere she knew and felt like she deserved the mistreatment. (less)
