The best thing about being a writer for me is the chance to explore and create. As I child, I wanted to become an astronaut and discover the universe. When that didn't pan out, I realized that writing was another avenue of discovery, an opportunity to explore the depths of the human condition and create something tangible from my journey that others might relate to.
