I would say it is definitely more informational and sometimes humorous, but it does not focus on or discuss the grieving process. She is answering questions kids have asked her about death and what happens during the process, or asking about things they have heard or wonder about regarding death. The questions, and her answers, are around the science and how/why certain things happen to help lift the mystery or fear of death.

Strongly discourage this for anyone in the grieving process. The humor comes off as too flip. Interesting information, though, if read at an appropriate time.
