I do hope you will finish the sequel to "The Ugly Princess." I enjoyed the book and want to share it with my grandchildren, especially my granddaughter. Do you have an expected release date for the book?

Hi Debbie, I'm so glad you enjoyed The Ugly Princess. I'd love to ask you a question since you mentioned your granddaughter. In this book, Betrayed by Beauty, Olive is up against her nemesis, Cassandra Dragon Slayer - an evil witch who has lived for 500 years and is the worst of all the world offers. You see, I want to take Olive into the world, which is not a nice place, unfortunately. Now, the character of Olive doesn't change in this book, nor her love for Bart BUT Cassandra is not Olive and is evil and rotten. I would rate this sequel PG-13, while The Ugly Princess is definitely PG. Would you find that offensive? Since Olive is now 18, I just thought her world would now be a more accurate reflection of the world she now finds herself. I'd love to hear your opinion. Thanks so much for asking about the sequel, Henderson

Have you finished the book 2 to "The Ugly Princess" yet? I have been waiting for many years to purchase it and read it. I haven't at all been patient what so ever, but I'm still around for your book 2. I really really wish they make a movie out of this book because it would be wonderful.

It sounds like the new book would be a bit too mature for my 5-year old granddaughter. However, in six years or so, I think she would be able to appreciate the story. She is fearless, and I think she could relate to a heroine that has to "do battle" against the "bad guy." Does my answer help?
