So since Eric prevented his evil twin from altering time, doesn't that mean that Mary and Diogenes should be back now once Erick lives through the thousands of years to catch up to the present he left?

(view spoiler)[In theory? Yes, as long as he doesn't do something on his own to screw it up. This is one of the reasons he's so adamant about not interfering with Rethven. His brief encounter with the Orb and with Maddarrah may have altered history irrevocably--or not. But if he keeps poking his nose in, he may change things. Something similar applies for whatever alternate world Mary and Diogenes will someday be in. If *he* changes history, he creates his own paradox.

Do you think you will ever take Halar to a cultivation world? I have been reading the Cradle Series by Will Wight and the Divine Dungeon series by Dakota Krout, among many others. While Halar seems really powerful in the worlds he has been too in most cultivation worlds he would actually be very weak and he would really have to work hard just to become strong enough to survive.

Hello I was just listening to the book series again and I noticed something at the end of book 4. In the very last chapter Eric comments about how he could have ever have been the person in the past. He also comments about wishing he could help but can only watch him make mistakes he wishes he could warn him about. Is this from the time traveling Eric of the future?
