one of my friends is wondering why you name one of your books the orphan queen?

Jodi Meadows Originally, it was called something else, but my publisher didn't like it. They wanted a title that was about Wilhelmina, the protagonist, and they were right. We discussed a few different ideas and came up with The Orphan Queen. Wil is an orphan, and she was meant to be queen. :)
