The French translation rights to the new series have not yet been sold. The US edition of The Harp of Kings (in English) is available for pre-order from Amazon.fr at the link below, and seems to be available in Kindle or print editions. It is possible you may be able to purchase it in ebook formats other than Kindle from a different online bookseller.
