Amber K. Bryant Read. Read a lot. Follow that up with writing a lot and being gentle with yourself. Writing is about self-expression and discovery. There is no right or wrong method as long as what you're doing is working for you. If you wish to share your work or become a published author, prepare yourself for rejection. When rejection happens, allow yourself a day to wallow, then go back to the beginning of this paragraph and begin again. Repeat as necessary.
