It was supposed to be a novella to go along with my Accidentally On Purpose series, but of course, I got carried away. Some of the elements of Lydia's story in Disenchanted is based on my own life. While I've never lost a spouse to death, I've had to endure the challenges of trying to forgive others as well as myself and to trust people when I've been burned before.
