Is the famous JFK quote "Ask not what your country can do for you......" taken from one of Juvenal's 16 Satires?

Alan Though I played trombone for JFK and my poetry teacher Archibald MacLeish (who gave me a great back-cover quote for my book, Worlds of Giordano Bruno), dunno about a Juvenal connection. I did hear JFK say “A nation reveals itself not only by the men it produces but also by the men it honors, the men it remembers.” See my poem “After the Fall” here on GoodReads, my writings. JFK was laying the cornerstone of the Robert Frost Library, though RF’s daughter gave most of his stuff to NYU or some NY school she or her hubby was affiliated with. I did play Hail to the Chief, odd little tune from village green.
