I generally love King's characters, but she doesn't click with me. I can't quite put my finger on why. I think it's the way she's depicted as being a person who was very introverted (due to the relationship with her mother, who I think is a very well developed character) but has come out of her shell ... but she still seems really bound up, and kind of bland also.(less)
