Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Roxanne Rue It's a series! So, I got the idea from the last book, duh! (rimshot)

The book comes from my love of things both divine and corrupt. I love it that there are things so good that we can't speak of them and at the same time, things so dirty we can't speak of them either. This series is me thumbing my nose at the idea.
