Hello! Did anyone get an email from BookFunnel subj: "Get Your Copy of TROUBLEMAKER (Prequel to CAVEMAN)" ? I did & I guess there was a link & as often as I read through my emails I came across mine a little to late (plus it was sent to my junk mail, so now I'm guessing it might have been spam or a fluke?) & now I'm unable to download Troublemaker :( do you know where I could get it?
