Hey Ava, that’s such an AWESOME question!! I think the biggest piece of advice for an aspiring author is to write as often as you can! It can be tough to get started, but writing is just like learning any other skill. So you’ve got to do it a lot to be GREAT!
A good way to start is by writing about something you know. Whether that’s your family, your favorite hobby, or even a spin-off of your favorite movie or book! Writing about those things should be easier and you’ll also enjoy it. You can be as realistic or fictional as you want, it’s YOUR story!
And my last piece of advice is to READ, READ, READ!! Reading helps you become a better writer, and your stories will be even better!
