I'm not the kind of person who really cares who the main lead ends up within K-dramas because K-dramas by themselves are entertaining and awesome. In the comic book, I think she will end with Suho, I think the author is just dragging the story due to its popularity. I mean think about it, True Beauty was ranked Number 1. in webtoon for a long time, so that means the author needs to keep the story going by adding some plot twist. Suho left for like 2 years ( I think ) and while he was gone Ju Yeong started to date Seojun and they fell in love. And then after a while, Suho comes back and he still has feelings for Juyeong, but she is with Seojun. But then they break up, and then throughout the comic, you can see they still have feelings for each other. I think the only reason why they aren't jumping straight into a relationship is because of Seojun, but like I mentioned earlier this is all apart of the author's plan. Suho and Ju Yeong fell in love with each other in the begging, I think their love will go through trials to prove it's strong, and then in the end they end up together. For the show, I think Suho will end up with Ju Yeong for several reasons, A, the description of the Drama is about Suho helping Ju Yeong find her true beauty, beauty comes in shapes and forms, and in life, we go through a lot of crap before we can find our self worth and our value. I think that is what is being portrayed both in the comic and the drama for both Suho and Ju Yeong, that is why they're the " Main Lead ". Another reason why they will end up together is that most of the episodes 1-8 focus on Suho and Ju Yeong's relationship (The description also says they are drawn to each other). I think the author knows what she is doing, it's obvious that Ju Yeong will end up with Suho but due to the popularity the comic is being dragged to keep its status. Yaongyi is an amazing writer and she knows what she is doing, this drama projects all our insecurities somehow. Ju Yeong, uses Make-up as a mask to hide her insecurity, and for Suho on the outside, he seems unapproachable and cold, but he uses that as self-defense to harbor his dark past and the pain he's been going through, which is why I think they will end up together in both the Comic and the drama. Sorry for all the spoilers, and I'm sorry if I offended anyone, those are just my opinions :)(less)
