(view spoiler)[I have a few question about the Wayfarer attunement. I believe that the Wayfarer attunement starts with Air and Mental magic and gains Transference at the Citrine level. Assuming that is correct does that mean that a Citrine level WayFarer can enchant and summon monsters? Professor Ordin does seem to be able to do both of those. (hide spoiler)]

I'm not going to confirm the mana types of foreign attunements outside the books yet.
Getting the combination of mana types that correspond to another attunement does not automatically give the ability to do what another attunement can do. Attunements have functions that go beyond just giving mana types. These functions *can* be performed without that attunement, but it isn't as simple as getting those types of mana - you'd effectively have to figure out how to do those functions manually, rather than having them as "built in" functions of your attunement.
Enchanting, for example, *can* be done without an Enchanter attunement - but it's much more difficult, and most people don't know how. There were already enchanted items in the era before attunements, and there are enchanted items on continents that don't have attunements (like where Keras came from).
Professor Orden has both a Wayfarer attunement and an Enchanter attunement. She only acquired her Enchanter attunement recently, and it's much lower level than her Wayfarer attunement. (She mentions that she has an Enchanter attunement to Corin early on in the first book.)

I imagine this might be a RAFO question and I totally understand if you can't answer but a friend and I were debating about this so I thought I would just ask. (Spoilers Ahead for AA) Would Corin have been able to change Magnus' attunement to any other attunement, or was he only able to change it to an enchanter attunement because he has spent so much time studying nearly every aspect of it and the sub-glyphs within?
