How do you deal with writer's block?

W. Bruce Cameron I just sit down and start writing. It doesn't matter what comes out, even if it is off target and poor writing. I can even start writing, "I have writers block. I am unable to come up with anything to write." I have found that when I am writing, the words pull other words out with them. Pretty soon, no matter how badly it started, I am involved with the project and writing without remembering that there was a point early on where I couldn't think of what to write.
