Hi! Just finished Stronger and I'm just wondering why you classify the Stronger series as an erotic thriller as opposed to a dark romance? I read a lot of dark romance and I'm just wondering what makes these books different than what I normally read. Also, really lovely of you to donate part of the proceeds of the books to charity. Jay Marie Hi there! I don't consider it a dark romance because usually a dark romance follows a certain formula that leads to a specific ending. I'm not following that formula so I don't think it's fair to call it a dark romance. The point of this book is not the creation of a romantic relationship, dark or otherwise. There really isn't any romance in this series to begin with. Sure, there may be some tender moments here and there, but it's mostly about control and domination and one character's journey through it. I hope that makes sense! :)
