Shane
Shane asked Tasha L. Driver:

What's the hardest thing about being an author?

Tasha L. Driver Thanks for the great question, Shane! Well, I would say that the hardest thing is keeping focus. I have health issues, so I don't work a day job, but I have an energetic six year old. When he's out of school, there is no getting any work done at all. When he's away, I try to plan and write as much as I can. However, I suffer from a plague that sweeps through most writers, distracting them from getting important things done. It's called the 3 F's: Fatigue, Facebook, and (net)Flix.
The most difficult thing that I have to do everyday is to force myself to do it. Once I get myself behind that computer (and turn off the internet connection), the ideas pour out of me and I realize that being an author is the only thing I ever want to do in my life.
