If you're referring to MGIAG then I'd say only in that they both draw from the myth of the gumiho. But it's like trying to compare The Vampire Diaries and Twilight or Vampire Academy. They both draw on the same lore but the characters and story are different in a lot of ways. (It could have some overlap in that Wicked Fox gains inspiration from K-drama tropes and MGIAG is a Kdrama)
