When you re-read your books to prepare writing the next in that series how does that feel? Obviously you would be your worst critic but since you have rabid fans awaiting your next greatest are you not self conscious about what you wrote, and just get lost in the world (like us) as if you were reading something by someone else, is it weird, or just feels like home?

It just feels like home. It's never weird. I look forward to re-reading and diving back into those worlds, being with those characters, before I take on another book. I never get self-conscious. I just lose myself in the experience. Cool question, by the way! :-) xx

Hi Kristen! Like the other 154 people who have sent you a question, I have got to say that your writing is "the shit". I started with "Wild Man" and have totally become addicted! Each series just grabs you and drags you in, and girl, I am all in! Just read "The Will" and can't wait for Mickey's story, then Coert's maybe...just sayin'. Are you going back to your Mountain Men anytime?
