Kaitlin asked S.J. Watson:

As an author, were there any specific stages in your writing where you had to backtrack to make sure that the different fragments of memory Christine was given made sense in the bigger picture?

S.J. Watson All the way through - especially during the editing process! It was a constant process because every time I changed anything I had to go through the rest of the book to make sure it didn't crop up again or make something else suddenly out of context. Painstaking!
