Yes! I plan to write many more. I have another historical coming out in April of 2020 called Where the Lost Wander. It will be released through Lake Union Publishing, like my other historical romances, and I hope you love it just as much.

?I just finished From Sand and Ash. It came by UPS at 6pm and I finished it at about 11:15 the same night. The kids ate cereal, I held my bladder and I'm pretty sure I said "sure sweetie whatever you need" when my oldest asked for an Iphone 7. The book was exceptional and nothing short of being set on fire could have made me stop early. I exaggerate (a little), but seriously... Standing ovation. 100%.

I am so happy I discovered your books on a whim. You have mastered historical fiction. I have enjoyed all that I have learned from characters I became deeply connected to. I do have a question, I've read 3 books and all seem to end with your female protagonist bearing her husband sons. Just curious if that's coincidence or if there a reason to the sons over daughters?
