Based on nuggets of info from the other novels, I estimate Fitz to be about 20 or so, Molly and Kettricken a couple of years older, Regal around 30, and Burrich and Verity in their early and mid 40s, respectively. Is that about right?

That's about right, yes. I think Fitz might be closer to 18 than 20, but I could be wrong. Either way, you're definitely in the right ballpark.

Verity is 43. I don't know about the others, but Kettle mentions his age.
