In which order should I read your books as I haven't read any yet?

Martha Hall Kelly You can start with either one--I have been hearing from readers that some loved starting with Lost Roses so they can read the story in order of how it happened, others start with Lilac Girls so they can read them in the order I wrote them, but the choice is yours. I might have a slight preference for reading Lilac Girls first, so you know the characters going into Lost Roses.

Hi Martha, Just a couple of lingering questions for you now that I've finished your good read. 1) One of my favorite parts was of the workman (Mr. Window Maker) that would sing the current news to the girls at the camp in French. Was this true? 2) You write there were Chinese in the camps. What did you find as reasons for their imprisonment? 3) Is the overfilling of a champagne glass truly a French thing?
