Hi Kristina!
Friendly Fire in written format reverted back to me last year when everything went down with Riptide, and I haven't re-released it yet because I don't own rights to the cover, which is unfortunate. I do plan to re-release it, but if you'd like it now you can email me and we can do a deal for it directly!
