I just finished the First Law trilogy. Can I skip book 4 (Best Served Cold) and 5 (The Heroes) and start with this, because Logan's story is the only one I really care to read more about?

You might not know some of the new characters and you'll find out more about some others but if you enjoyed the trilogy and like Logan you should trust Abercrombie will get you into the novels.

Anyway, you can read Red County without reading Best Served Cold and The Heroes but won't have background knowledge and you will surely get less out of it. (less)
