Why doesn't the leadership team and the board at the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation look more like the people they "serve" around the world? I think the book is just another way to make money for the more privileged.

On the PTA we talk about this very thing - why doesn't our board look more like those we are serving? The answer so far is that they don't come. We want them there but the don't attend. We invite, they say no. And it sounds like the Gates Foundation collaborates with a lot of local organizations who are more representative of the populations they serve.(less)
