First off, I have to tell you that I’ve read all of your books and over every single one of them. Your writing and characters are so complex and well developed and I had a couple of questions about your writing habits. Do you have a dedicated space where you write and do you always work in the same way? Do you make extensive notes outlines first or do you just write? Thank you and I hope I’m not being too intrusive!

You are not being intrusive at all.
I'm a creature of habit and can't really "wing it".
I write in my office, 5 times a week, for three hours each day (give or take).
While I do, the internet is not working, and I made some notes the previous day what I want to write, so I know where I'm going and what I want to accomplish each day.
I am generally not good at outlining an entire story, my characters seem to love to surprise me, but I roll with the punches and let them lead the way.
