Hi, Nick. I recently finished reading both of your novels, and damn, they were some of the most fun I've had reading fantasy in awhile. I also got both my brothers to read them, and they were equally enthusiastic. I can't wait for the next installment! Out of curiosity, what were some of your recent favorite reads?

Some recent favourite reads of mine are JADE CITY by Fonda Lee, A BIG SHIP AT THE EDGE OF THE UNIVERSE by Alex White, and THE LONG WAY TO A SMALL ANGRY PLANET by Becky Chambers. There's beena ton of others, but those three were standouts to me last year.

I'm only a few chapters in The Kings of the Wyld and I just want to confirm; Do you have a daughter yourself? I'm thinking you must because after having both a son -who is now an adult- and a 11 year old daughter, there is a definitive difference in the relationship between father and his daughter and a father and his son. And you get it.

Hi, Nick (if I may call you that). Just finished Bloody Rose and I was thoroughly impressed. Such a great read. Chapter 43 (without giving anything away) was some of your best writing to date, and one of my favorite chapters of anything I've ever read. Now, every author's least favorite question -- What's next? The Band Book 3? Something else? Whatever it is, I'm looking forward to it!
