Is Firozsha Baag a real building in Mumbai or a fictional one? I'm currently reading "A Fine Balance" and it mentioned Firozsha Baag, but "Tales from Firozsha Baag" is publish 12 years after the times in which AFB was set in (1975). So I'm somewhat confused.

Madhav Hi, just came across this question. Whilst the book was written in 1987, the stories are set much earlier - in the 1960s and 70s. Hence Firozsha Bagh would've "existed" in 1975 i.e. the time at which A Fine Balance is set. :-)
