It highlights the challenges leaders encounter, and provides a guide to navigate through these challenges and offers the leader solutions to understand the ‘why’ and ‘how’ to implement change programmes, supporting their employees through the change and developing the new skills and behaviours so the change is sustainable. If this is done well the organisation executes their strategy, performs better and achieves the return on investment.
