How do you get inspired to write?

Amy Blackthorn Nature is a huge inspiration, our connection of inner worlds and nature is so important to me. When writing 'Blackthorn's Botanical Magic' I'd write an oil per day. I'd start with the oil diffusing in my office and let the plant speak to me. In 'Sacred Smoke' I had to look at it from the opposite angle of common uses for each ally. It was a great way to mix up the energies in my mind. Really got the thoughts rolling.
