Brian, Loved your first book and just got the second one. However I can't read the second one. You uploaded or converted it into the AZW4 format which is intended for textbooks and is not readable on a standard kindle e-ink e-reader. I'm dying here. Help a guy out and get the mobi or AZW3 format on amazon? :) Scott Carle
