In a couple instances it describes characters of the same sex having had a relationship at a point in the past and also has a few sentences here or there describing flirtations between characters of the same sex that don't reach the level of inappropriateness for a high-school play. Why that makes it "lgbt" is beyond me, but that's probably why.
