Funny to think I often go shopping in Spalding, and always use that train station if I'm travelling to London. Small world! Having read the Nikki Galena series, the Matt Ballard series and the DI Jackman books I have just finished 'An Aura of Mystery' which is totally different. Is Fenchester based on an actual town/city? Are there any more Nikki Galena books in the pipeline? I was born in Grantham during the war and at the age of 80 I now live in Surrey - actually not too far from Compton Peter Hardcastle
