(view spoiler)[The Paper Magician Series literally rocked my world. I read the entire series twice and I still can't get enough. Can you tell me how you came up with the idea of the series? The love story between Emery and Ceony was the sweetest thing to experience and read. (hide spoiler)]

Thank you, Liv! How sweet!
Honestly, it started from the idea of, "Wouldn't it be cool if this paper crane could just come to life?" And Emery just popped into my head. I saw him as a side character to a bigger story, but later decided to make the story about paper magic. I honestly can't remember exactly how I planned the romance . . . that short term memory has since been dumped. But if I could find the notebook I used for brainstorming, maybe . . . .

I just finished Magic Bitter, Magic Sweet and I read it in a day. I couldn't stop, it was just to enjoyable. I also read and loved the The Paper Magician trilogy. I have a pretty simple question.... can I live in a world created by your imagination? seriously, it would be so awesome if those worlds existed somewhere! I hope you never stop writing. thank you for being so creative!!!!

I absolutely love TPM series. As a break-out series it's a really fantastic start, but I would love for there to be more... more information in general. More books in the universe of TPM would be amazing even if the story doesn't follow any of the characters from the trilogy. Just having more information about how other magics in that world work would be amazing! Would you consider writing more books in the universe?
