I've just finished re-reading all of the PsyCop series (awesome again) and saw there was a new one (10) due out at the end of last year, is this book still in the works? Sorry if you've answered this question before.

I just re-listened to Channeling Morpheus for Scary Mary (again - lost count how many times I've done that) and I was wondering if there are any plans to release A Bitter Taste of Sweet Oblivion in audio as well? Audiobooks are my drug (I have a much easier time digesting books through listening) and with the combo of your books + Gomez Pugh I keep listening to all your audios over and over. So I'd love more. (;

Any idea when Ghostv is going to be out on audio? I've got an Audible credit burning a hole in my pocket. ;-) And actually, that leads to a second question: Do you get paid the same for the audiobooks whether people pay "cash" or use one of the monthly credits for them?
