It's on Disk One of the 3 Disk CD Edition. I don't think it's included on Audible, etc. Most of the book is pics and recipes. You might have to request the CD's from your local library if you'd rather not buy the book again. It's a fluffy book to listen to. No life-lessons are included.

I just took a look at the print sample in Libby and it was interesting to take a quick glance through the pictures so I put a hold the print version. I might return the audio. I'm finding that some of it is interesting, I'm especially appreciating when she mentions the Civil Rights movement, but I'm not all that interested in the recipes and how to have a dinner party.
